Typical parts that can be repaired using our repair network:

Servo amplifiers

Supply and Control power to the motor. Wrong parameters could damage the motor/gearbox/screw sub-system.
Servo motors

Rotate the plasticizing screw and provide feedback to the paired servo amplifier.
Electric motors

Rotate the hydraulic pumps. Is designed in close collaboration between OEM and HUSKY to match our applications.
Industrial computers

The brain of the machine with OEM self-developed and produced motherboards to combine performance with flexibility, stability and long term availability.
Servo valves

Control speed and pressure. Each servo valve has unique performance parameters, recorded when manufactured. Parts are repaired against those OEM unique parameters.
Pumps

Pressurize the oil circuit. OEM Materials, surfaces and fluid are matched to each other in such a way that they achieve optimum efficiency with minimum wear. If only a single parameter is changed, the system loses its balance which could damage downstream components such as the servo valves.
